Return Policy
Under normal circumstances, we do not accept returns for custom made boots that do not fit properly, as this is most often due to incorrect measurements.
Your accurate measurements will ensure the final fit and comfort of your boots.
We prefer doing 'castings', a method of taking your "measurements" by actually developing, if you will, exact replicas of your feet and legs. It is a method used and developed exclusively by us! You won't get a better fit, anywhere else!
